David Bagley, Broker of Bagley Commercial Properties, has been serving the North Georgia real estate market since 1984. A Forsyth County native, he witness the growth sparked by Georgia 400 and has spent nearly four decades helping clients navigate that expansion.

Under his leadership, Bagley Commercial Properties has become one of the North Georgia’s premier commercial brokerages, built on integrity, loyalty, and results. David is a proud member of both the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the 400 North Board of Realtors. From 2022 – 2024 alone his firm has produced on average $19 million in sales and leasing per year. For six consecutive year, his brokerage has been voted Best of Forsyth in Commercial Real Estate.

David and his wife, Susan reside in North Forsyth. They have three daughters & son-in-laws, & 7 grandchildren. David enjoys relaxing in Blueridge, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Doug is the Associate Broker with Bagley Commercial Properties & a trusted leader in Georgia commercial real estate. He holds a Master’s degree from GA State University. An active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors & 400 North Board of Realtors, Doug has been recognized in the Circle of Excellence & named the #1 Agent for Commercial Volume Sold & Units Sold in 2024.

Doug specializes in Commercial, Industrial, & Land Sales. He is also known for his commercial leasing expertise and experience.

A longtime Forsyth resident, Doug and his wife Jessica reside in North Forsyth with their 3 sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in the youth ministry at his church, camping, and watching football & the Atlanta Braves play baseball.

Jessica serves as the Transaction & Listing Coordinator at Bagley Commercial Properties, working closely with Doug to help clients achieve their real estate goals. She is dedicated to ensuring that every step of the buying and selling process is smooth, organized, and stress-free.
