David BagleyQualifying Broker/Owner

Broker of Bagley Commercial Properties, began his real estate career in 1984. Being a native of Forsyth County David saw firsthand the construction of Georgia 400 and the explosion of growth that soon followed to our area and continues today. Bagley Commercial Properties is proud to be one of North Georgia’s elite real estate brokerages. David still believes in “old fashioned” standards of integrity and loyalty while keeping up to date with the latest marketing techniques in an ever changing and fast paced economy. David has been negotiating real estate deals for over 39 years!

He is proud to be a Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors & The 400 North Board of Realtors. David and his wife, Susan, reside in northwest Forsyth County and are the proud parents of 3 daughters, 3 wonderful son-in-laws, and 6 awesome grandchildren. He loves to take his grandchildren fishing and relax at the beach or mountain with his wife.

Doug SillsAssociate Broker

Doug has lived in Georgia for 26 years. He graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology, then received his Masters degree from Georgia State University in Professional Counseling. He is an active member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors & The 400 North Board of Realtors. Doug was inducted into the Circle of Excellence this year with 400 North Board for Producing over $19.6 million in Sales and Leasing along with his wife Jessica, and Broker David Bagley. They also won Best of Forsyth in Commercial Real Estate for the 5th year in a row!

Doug specializes in Commercial and Industrial Properties, Investment Properties, Land(Commercial & Residential), and site location for developers. Doug is ready to help you meet your Real Estate goals by listing your property for sale or assisting you in buying a commercial or investment property. He has guided many investors in purchasing a commercial building with a healthy CAP rate and long-term tenants or depending on the client’s needs/preferences lease all of the building or a portion after the purchase. He also assists Landlords with their commercial leasing needs.

Doug and his wife Jessica reside in North Forsyth and are the proud parents of 3 wonderful sons. They are active members of Christ Community Church and both volunteer in the children’s ministry. Doug enjoys spending time with his family, playing football and baseball with his sons, and camping.

Jessica SillsDirector of Operations

Jessica is the Director of Operations at Bagley Commercial Properties. She is a lifelong Forsyth resident. She is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors & The 400 North Board of Realtors. Doug and Jessica were both inducted into The Circle of Excellence this year with the 400 North Board for producing over $19.6 million in sales and leasing in 2022.

Jessica oversees all of the day to day operations of the company, takes care of marketing our listings online, services leasing accounts, works with buyers to search for commercial and industrial properties, land (residential and commercial), and will work with clients to list/purchase homes.
Jessica and Doug have 3 amazing boys ages 4, 9, & 14. They attend Christ Community Church where they volunteer in Children’s Ministry and have also been Life Group Leaders. Jessica enjoys hiking, running, and going to Braves Games, and camping with her family.
